Return Policy

• Returns eligible within 30 days of product delivery and prior to installation or attempt to install. 
• Product must be packaged in original condition to be eligible for a return. If package is unusable, please contact us before a return. 
• Delivery fees are non-refundable. 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
• If paid by credit card, a 2.5% processing fee will be charged for all returns.  
• Custom orders are not refundable
• Refunds will be issued under the same payment method used for the original purchase. 
• For exchanges, products must be shipped to us before Black Diamond Steel Doors will exchange a product. 
• Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
